This policy explains what happens to your information when you use this store at pay.adnanumar.com. The store is run by Adnan Umar, a sole proprietor trading as Adnan Tech ("we"). You can reach us at adnanumar20@gmail.com.
1. What this website collects
Very little. These pages have no sign-up forms, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies of our own. Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.
2. When you pay
The checkout form is provided by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your payment details, billing address and tax information under its own privacy policy, and it may use cookies in the checkout to process the payment and prevent fraud. We never see or store your full card number.
Paddle shares with us what we need to provide your subscription: your name, email address, country, the plan you bought, payment status and, where you give it, your business name and tax number.
3. How we use it
- To activate, manage and support your subscription.
- To send emails about your account, billing and service changes.
- To handle refunds, disputes and our legal and tax obligations.
We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.
4. Using the software
Information you and your callers give WarmLane AI while you use it is covered by the WarmLane Privacy Policy.
5. How long we keep it
We keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and account information for as long as your subscription is active and a reasonable time after it ends.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information, or object to how it's used. Email adnanumar20@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days. For payment data held by Paddle, you can also contact Paddle directly.
7. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and, for active customers, tell you by email.
