These terms apply when you buy software from this store at pay.adnanumar.com. The store and the software sold here, currently WarmLane AI, are provided by Adnan Umar, a sole proprietor trading as Adnan Tech ("we", "us"). By starting a trial or buying a subscription you agree to these terms.
1. Who processes your payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
When you pay, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms. Your receipt, tax invoice and card statement come from Paddle.
2. What you're buying
WarmLane AI is subscription software: an AI sales agent that answers your business's inbound calls, answers callers' questions from the business details you give it, takes their details, books appointments on your connected calendar and transfers or forwards calls to you. Setup with you and technical support are included in the subscription. The plans, prices and what each includes are shown on the store page.
Your use of WarmLane AI is also governed by the WarmLane Terms of Service, which cover how the software may be used.
3. Prices and tax
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Paddle calculates any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you are and shows it at checkout before you pay.
4. Free trial
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial, with no card required. If you don't subscribe when it ends, your account pauses: you aren't charged, and your data is kept so you can continue later.
5. Billing and renewal
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.
- The price you subscribe at, including a founding price, stays the same for as long as that subscription remains active.
- If we change the list price, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you. It never applies to a locked founding price.
- If a payment fails, Paddle will retry it and email you. If it still can't be collected, the subscription may be paused until it is.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Billing in your WarmLane account, or by emailing support@warmlane.io. Cancelling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
7. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Your own phone and AI accounts
WarmLane AI runs on your own Twilio (telephony) and OpenAI (AI) accounts, which we help you set up. You pay those providers directly, their terms apply to that use, and their charges aren't part of your subscription or refundable by us. We add no markup to them.
9. Fair and lawful use
You agree to give accurate business information, to follow the laws that apply to your calls (including any duty to tell callers they're speaking with an automated assistant, and call-recording consent rules), and not to use the software for unlawful, deceptive or harassing purposes or for unsolicited outbound calls. WarmLane AI is not an emergency service and doesn't give legal, medical or financial advice. We may suspend use that breaks these rules.
10. Availability and liability
We work to keep the software running and supported, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business.
11. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects an active subscription, we'll email you before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
